Move over, Ms L!

Hi all, wondering why you are looking at this jumbled up page? This is due to the fact that Facebook didn't like our url since it starts with wog, so we have been forced to move the blog. This was some time ago, and we have placed a script which would automatically send you to our new location. Obviously, this hasn't worked for all of you, since we have just finished moderating some of your comments which appeared on this site recently, and not on our new (and improved!) site. So what we're saying is head on over to our new site, and update your bookmarks!

Hi Roger! Thanks for posting this. It's a shame it was so short, as we said some pretty funny and interesting things about those over two hours with the boys, but I'm glad to have been able to talk about it with Gayleen for the first time in 42 years! Maybe some other TV show will eventually want to talk about it with more detail. And maybe one day people will check their online dictionaries and find out what a GROUPIE is. We were FANS, never groupies. Regards from Rio de Janeiro!

The video was heartwarming. These two girls reminded me that you are only as old as you feel. And who doesn't remember The Beatles (finally) making it cool to be young? Nothin's gonna change my world...
PS- Another sliver of the isolated tracks from MasterTape Heaven fulfills its puzzle piece destiny. Quite fascinating stuff for which I am grateful to all those involved. Jai guru deva om!

Bravo, Lizzie! Have either of you written books? Were you guys Apple Scruffs? Did you live near Abbey Road?
It is likely that I am already jealous, but who among us is without flaw? Have a nice day!
Hello Wogew, thanks for this cool celebrity moment. I Beatle...therefore I am!

Hi Kwai, I am finishing a book of my diaries and 100+photos. Should be out in mid 2011. Yes, we were both Apple Scruffs. I lived in Hampstead, not far from Abbey Road. Take care!

High, Lizzie! My fangs are dripping with anticipation. I know that, unlike many Beatle books, yours has been written for the best reason of all: it's not rehashed heresay! The famous Lizzie Bravo must have a lot to cope with...and I want to hear every bit of it. So take heart, Lizzie, for in the Buddha-field of life, you are a very beautiful flower! Thanks, for now.
PS- 'Groupie' is a term people use to clothe the nakedness of their own jealousy! You are Lizzie Bravo! Bye...

Thank you Kwai! I am just a fan who was very lucky. My diaries are those of a very naive 15-year-old. I was hesitant at first because of what people would think of reading my day-to-day of following John, but my 39-year-old daughter recently read some of the entries for the first time and she was quite taken by the innocence of the times and our sincere love for these 4 guys. I hope you all will like it too. The only part in the present tense is the introduction. All the rest is just from the diaries and letters I wrote my mother and friends and they gave me back. It took me many, many years to come to a conclusion of how I wanted to tell these stories, and I finally realized I couldn't write them as an almost 60-year old (next May). I had to bring you all to my teenage world in London! And I dare say my photos are breathtaking. At least they take MY breath away! Thanks again for your kind words and support.
